Dr. Tracy Shroyer is a human-centered systems thinker who helps organizations navigate the intersection of people, technology, and change.
With more than 27 years of experience across education, leadership, organizational development, and emerging technology, she designs AI, automation, and learning systems that are practical, ethical, and grounded in how humans actually work.
Her approach blends evidence-based strategy with deep curiosity and empathy. Tracy is known for asking the questions others skip—about culture, trust, readiness, and unintended consequences—before technology is introduced or scaled. This ensures systems support people rather than overwhelm them.
An assistant professor of business, speaker, and advisor, Dr. Shroyer works with leaders and teams navigating complexity and change.
